In the fast-paced world of fashion, where trends shift like sand in the wind, the story of a small garment manufacturing unit started in 2009 stands out as a tale of perseverance, craftsmanship, and quiet evolution. What began as a modest venture has, over the years, become a name associated with quality, reliability, and innovation in garment manufacturing.
The Humble Beginnings (2009–2014)
The unit was founded in the year 2009, by Bhanu Jaggi textile enthusiasts to create high-quality, affordable shirts using ethical production methods. Operating from a small facility with a team of just 2 tailors, the unit focused on limited, custom orders — primarily catering to local retailers and boutique fashion houses.
The founders believed that attention to detail and personalized service would set them apart. The garments were known for their fine stitching, high-grade fabric, high end technology used in printing and perfect fits — qualities that earned early word-of-mouth success.
Scaling Operations (2014–2020)
With demand steadily increasing, the manufacturing unit expanded its floor space and invested in semi-automated stitching machines and CAD-based pattern-making software. By the end of 2020, the team had grown to 10-20 skilled workers and support staff. This period also saw the introduction of quality control departments and standardized production processes.
Challenges and Adaptations (2020–2022)
The global COVID-19 pandemic posed an unprecedented challenge. Supply chain disruptions, labor shortages, and lockdowns severely impacted production. However, the team adapted by shifting partially to producing essential garments and face mask — including protective workwear and masks — ensuring continuity of operations and preserving jobs.
The pandemic also pushed the unit to adopt digital tools for order tracking, remote collaboration with designers, and B2B communications, laying the foundation for a more tech-savvy operation.
Innovation and Sustainability (2022–2025)
Post-pandemic, the unit focused on innovation and sustainability. It began sourcing organic cotton and recycled polyester, integrating eco-friendly dyes, and implementing waste reduction practices in cutting and packaging.
Today, we are working with fashion startup for capsule collection of sustainable shirts — received strong market feedback and opened doors to Domestic and International buyers.
Plans for the future include launching a proprietary shirt brand, enhancing e-commerce capabilities, and investing in AI-based design tools to predict market trends.
From its modest beginnings in 2009 to becoming a trusted name in garment manufacturing, this unit's journey is a testament to the power of consistency, innovation, and human capital. In an industry driven by change, it has stayed rooted in quality — proving that good craftsmanship never goes out of style.
